                        Braking Energy Management Solution

                        解決方案介紹  Solution introduction:

                        鼎漢提供兩種技術成熟的再生制動能量利用系統,分別為超級電容儲能系統和逆變回饋系統,均支持750V、1500V兩種接觸網電壓體制。其中,超級電容儲能系統標準額定運行功率為1MW;逆變回饋系統標準額定運行功率為1MW~4MW。

                        Dinghan provides two braking energy management systems based on mature technologies, including super capacitor energy storage system and inverter feedback system both of which support 750V and 1500V voltage systems from the overhead contact line system. Thereinto, the normal operating power of the super capacitor energy storage system is 1MW and the one of the inverter feedback system is 1MW4MW.

                        超級電容儲能系統主要由雙向DC-DC變流器和超級電容組成。當列車進站并發生再生制動停車導致接觸網電壓上升,超級電容儲能系統將接觸網電能通過變流器降壓后給儲能柜的超級電容充電;反之,當列車出站或者正常行駛過程中,超級電容儲能系統開始放電,電能經變流器升壓后送回到直流接觸網。系統實現了制動能量的回收再利用和平抑接觸網電壓波動的功能,起到削峰填谷的作用。

                        The super capacitor energy storage system mainly consists of DC-DC bidirectional converters and super capacitors. When the voltage of the overhead line system rises since a train pulls in and regenerative braking stop occurs, the super capacitor energy storage system will lower the voltage of the electric energy supplied by the overhead line system through the converter and then charge the super capacitor of energy storage cabinet; on the contrary, when the train pulls out or is driving normally, the super capacitor energy storage system will begin to discharge and the electric energy will be sent to the DC overhead line system. This system realizes the recycling and reusing of braking energy and the function of stabilizing the voltage of the overhead contact line system and plays a role of peak load shifting.  

                        逆變回饋系統主要由逆變裝置和隔離變壓器組成。當列車進站并發生再生制動停車導致接觸網電壓上升,逆變裝置將接觸網的直流電逆變成交流電,經隔離變壓器回饋至交流中壓電網,使接觸網電壓穩定在設定范圍內。

                        The inverter feedback system mainly consists of invertion devices and isolation transformers. When the voltage of the overhead contact line system rises since a train pulls in and regenerative braking stop occurs, the inverter device will converts the direct current of the overhead contact line system into alternating current and then the alternating current will be sent back to the AC medium voltage distribution network through the isolation transformer, so as to make the voltage of the overhead line system stabilize within the specified range.      

                         方案應用  Solution application:

                         再生制動能量吸收利用系統覆蓋750V、1500V兩種電壓體制,應用于如地鐵等啟動、制動頻繁、制動功率大等特點的城市軌道交通中,實現再生制動能量的吸收與再利用,不僅保障軌道交通運行安全,而且實現節能目的及產生較大的經濟效益。

                        The regenerative braking energy absorption and utilization system covers 750V and 1500V voltage systems and is applied to the urban rail transit such as railway and so on which have the characteristics of frequent start and braking, large braking power and other characteristics, realizes the absorption and reusing of regenerative braking energy, and not only ensures the safe operation of rail transit, but also realizes the energy conservation purpose and produces greater economic benefits.
